When creating this recording, Chris worked in the classical Indian music tradition of performing each of the four pieces at the time of day that he intended them to be used.
1. Morning Meditation - Between 6am - 8am
2. Midday Meditation - Between 12noon - 2pm
3. Late Afternoon Meditation - Between 4pm - 6pm
4. Evening Meditation - Between 8pm - 10pm
However. as Chris would be the first to point out, we are all unique individuals and, as such, should feel free to listern to any tracks at any time of day, whatever suits you!

Woodland Harmony is a two-disc collection of tranquil new age music set against an aural backdrop of natural forest sounds like bird song, light wind, and water running through a stream. Classical guitar, harp, piano, violin, and flute are supported by basic synthesizer backgrounds which feel rather dated, but get the job done. Perhaps a little too busy, musically speaking, this collection would nonetheless be well-suited for relaxation, meditation, or yoga.
